Glen
Zaugg, Heritage Schools - Glen Zaugg was raised on the
family farm in Idaho. He is married with four children and two
grandchildren on the way. He loves to play racquetball and water
and snow ski. Glen actively volunteers in NATSAP committee
service, Rotary Club-currently serving as a Director, scout
leader, plays piano for and sings with church choir. Glen has
been in the mental health industry since 1993 serving as CFO,
COO and is currently CEO of Heritage Schools, Inc. in Provo, a
168-bed psychiatric residential treatment center for boys and
girls. Glen is passionate about the performing arts and has been
instrumental in creating a one-of-a-kind performing arts program
for kids in treatment. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Accounting and a Master of Business Administration. Glen
wholeheartedly supports the initiatives of NATSAP. He feels that
a credible organization with high standards is a must. Industry
education, support and leadership are important aspects of
NATSAP. He supports the NATSAP outcomes studies and feels that
it is vital information to support our industry. Glen has
attended two Washington fly-ins and supports this effort to
educate our legislators on the good guys in the industry.
Heritage Schools has supported all national and regional
conferences and have benefited greatly. He would be honored to
serve as a board member of NATSAP.
