 John
McKay, Secretary, has worked for Rancho Valmora and The High Frontier for
approximately 12 years. John served as the Executive
Director of Rancho Valmora, where he began the organization’s
transition into the family choice market, and has served as the
Vice-President and General Counsel since 2003. John has a B.A.
in Biology from Washington & Lee University; an M.S. in
Environmental Science from the University of Massachusetts at
Boston; a J.D. from Vermont Law School; and will receive an M.A.
in Counselor Education with a Mental Health emphasis from the
University of Montana in Spring 2008.
