 Sharon
Laney, MS, President - NATSAP Board of Directors, Three
Springs Sharon is currently the Chief Operating Officer for
Three Springs, Inc. and is responsible for the supervision of
Program Operations, Division of Program Compliance/ Licensing
and Marketing. She is also a Member of the Three Springs Board
of Directors. Sharon has been employed with Three Springs for 17
years and during those years held various positions that
included Administrator of Facilities, opening new programs,
supervision of several programs and assisted in the development
of Referral Relations. Sharon has also served on several Alabama
state committees and helped draft current legislation, licensing
regulations, children rights and training curriculums. She
served from 1978-1988 as Chief Juvenile Court Administrator for
Jackson County, Alabama. In that capacity she supervised
Detention, Probation, Placement, Court Hearings and
Investigations. In 1987, she received the Alabama Probation
Officer of the Year award. During her 26 years of experience,
Sharon has received over 500 Hours of training in the treatment
of Children and their families. She has a strong passion to
share her experience and knowledge and positively impact our
Industry. Sharon holds a Masters degree in Counseling
Psychology.
