Conference Cancellation Policy
National Conference - Cancellations received in writing via e-mail, FAX or postal service no later than 2 weeks prior to the conference start date will be issued a refund of 80% of the conference registration fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after this date.

Regional Conferences - Cancellations received in writing via e-mail, FAX or postal service no later than 7 days prior to the conference start date will be issued a refund of 80% of the conference registration fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after this date.
