Heart Mountain New Beginnings (HMNB) is a family-style home for young men located just outside Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming. We help boys between the ages of 13 and 17, and specialize in helping each develop skills and attitudes that will lead to success and personal fulfillment. With over six thousand acres of land, these troubled boys have the opportunity to live life in the quiet beauty of the majestic Rocky Mountains. By providing these boys with both physical and emotional hurdles to overcome and by giving them the support and spiritual strength they need to succeed, we are able to help each boy acquire the tools that will enable them to set and attain fulfilling life goals. HMNB makes a point of knowing and treating each boy as an individual, and we are able to set before each challenges that are actually opportunities for success. These accomplishments may seem small at first, but as they build and your teen meets with success after success, he gains a confidence in himself that can only come from doing. Our caring staff is trained to give these teens the love and support they need to look at life with a new perspective; the negativity that shadowed their lives is replaced with hope and an excitement for the future. We help them set goals for that future in an incremental way and by doing so, teach them decision-making skills that will apply to all areas of their lives.
