For over 15 years Elk Mountain Academy has created healthy change for teens and families through academic, therapeutic, experiential and 12-Step education. The result is success for students who have struggled with academic deficiency, drug and alcohol abuse and related behavioral issues, emotional challenges, and lack of personal responsibility.

Elk Mountain Academy is dedicated to providing your child: 12 Step based recovery that can be integrated into all areas of his life; enhanced study skills; high quality education with agoal of preparation for a top-ranked college; a return to family values and open communication; the ability to recognize his
self-worth; an open and honest relationship with God as your son understands him; outdoor activities and adventure leadingto the discovery and excitement of sober living and sober fun.

Elk Mountain Academy is not equipped to take students with tendencies toward suicide, or who have a history of violent behavior, arson or perpetrating sexual abuse.
